Let’s help your meadow grow.
Answers to the most common questions about entries, flowers, iCloud, and purchases.
Need a hand?
Send a short description of what happened, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Please do not include private journal text.
Email Meadows supportMy entries are not appearing on another device
- Confirm that both devices are signed in to the same Apple ID.
- Make sure iCloud Drive is enabled and Meadows is allowed to use iCloud.
- Open Meadows on a stable internet connection and allow a little time for the first sync.
- Do not delete the app while a sync may still be in progress.
How are flowers created?
Each entry becomes a flower using its date, the words you wrote, and a deterministic on-device generator. The same saved entry continues to produce its flower without sending the entry to an external AI service.
Can I read or edit an earlier entry?
Tap a flower once to select its day, then tap it again to open the entry. Your existing entries remain readable and editable even after the free flower allowance has been used.
I purchased Meadows, but it still looks locked
Open the purchase screen and tap Restore. Confirm that your device is using the same Apple ID that made the purchase. If the purchase is still not recognized after restarting Meadows, email support.
Monthly or lifetime?
Monthly access renews until canceled in your Apple ID subscription settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase for the current Meadows app. Both unlock new flowers; iCloud sync and access to existing entries remain available to everyone.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Apple manages subscriptions. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Meadows to view or cancel the monthly plan.
