The app doesn't hear my keyboard

• Allow the microphone: Settings → Notefall → Microphone.
• Try Mic Check on the home screen. It shows the note the app hears right now.
• Put the iPad or iPhone on the music stand, facing the keyboard, and turn the keyboard volume to medium.
• Choose a Piano voice and turn off auto-accompaniment and rhythm.
• Quiet keyboards are fine: the app adapts to the room's background noise. If it's very noisy, turn the mic off in the game and tap the on-screen keys.

Do I need a keyboard?

No. The on-screen keys play sound and are scored exactly like a real keyboard, so you can try everything without an instrument.

Why doesn't the music stop when I play a wrong key?

On purpose: in Keep Going mode the song keeps moving and you're scored on how much you played right. Prefer to go note by note? Switch to Wait Mode on the song page: it pauses until you find the key.

What do the colors and finger numbers mean?

Every note has its own color, and the finger number (1 = thumb) shows which finger to use. Middle C is always the right thumb's starting place. Print Key Stickers from the home screen and stick them on your keyboard so every color matches a key. Finger numbers can be switched off on the song page.

Which songs are free?

8 starter songs are fully free, and part 1 of every other song is free. The one-time Full Version unlocks every part of all songs, including songs added later. There is no subscription and no ads.

I purchased the Full Version, but songs are still locked

Open Full Version at the top right of the home screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account that bought it. If it still doesn't unlock after restarting the app, email us.

Can I share the purchase with my family?

Yes. The Full Version supports Family Sharing.

App 听不到我的琴

• 允许麦克风：设置 → 落音 → 麦克风。
• 点主页的试试麦克风，它会显示 App 此刻听到的音。
• 把 iPad 或 iPhone 放在谱架上，朝向琴键，琴的音量调到中等。
• 选钢琴音色，关掉自动伴奏和节奏。
• 琴声很小也没关系，App 会适应环境的底噪。如果环境太吵，可以在游戏里关掉麦克风，改点屏幕上的琴键。

一定要有琴吗？

不用。屏幕上的琴键会发声，判定和真琴一样，没有乐器也能玩全部内容。

为什么按错了音乐也不停？

这是特意设计的：不停模式下歌曲一直往前走，按弹对了多少给分。想一个音一个音慢慢找？在歌曲页切换到等待模式，找到正确的键才会继续。

颜色和手指数字是什么意思？

每个音有自己的颜色，手指数字（1 = 大拇指）告诉你用哪根手指。中央 C 永远是右手大拇指的起点。在主页打印琴键贴纸，贴在琴键上，颜色就和屏幕一一对应。手指数字可以在歌曲页关掉。

哪些歌是免费的？

8 首入门歌完整免费，其余每首歌的第 1 段免费。一次性购买的完整版会解锁全部歌曲的每一段，以后新增的歌也包含在内。没有订阅，没有广告。
